Overview
Tinworks at Rialto presents Dan Graham’s Rock My Religion (1983-1984) in partnership with Bozeman Film Society’s screening of The Testament of Ann Lee. Together, the films explore the Shaker religious movement in America, and its connection to music, movement, spiritual, and communal practice. In Rock My Religion, Graham traces a through line from the Shakers to rock n roll to punk and Patti Smith. This event is part of a series that pairs new release feature films with artist films to expand ideas of cinema and contemporary art in the Gallatin Valley.
